Alaskan Cod Two Way’s Recipe & Idea

Alaskan Cod, mild white fish delicate flaky and great for frying. I’m trying to eat much healthier these day’s! Fish is such a great protein, its light and healthy full of omega 3’s. So I preparing Cod two ways today! It’s nice because not everyone likes it steamed or fried. It’s nice to give your love one’s the option. If you not to sure around the kitchen.

A French classic En Papillote, Parchment paper wrapped !Steamed Alaskan Mediterranean Cod. Olive oil, grape tomatoes, Kalamata olives, thyme, capers, S & P.

Pan Roasted Alaskan Cod. With Olive oil, fresh winter mixed herbs, Smoked salt & pepper, Lemon.
